1. Information We Collect

LAYZOX collects website URLs, business contact details, publicly available business directory signals, and payment transaction metadata processed via Razorpay. We do NOT store sensitive unencrypted passwords or raw payment card details.

2. How We Use Data

Collected business data is used solely to construct your Business Brain, analyze local AI search engine visibility, generate tailored SEO content, discover relevant local business leads, and facilitate human-approved email and WhatsApp outreach.

3. Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with OpenAI, Google Cloud, Meta APIs, Resend, and Razorpay. All API operations use encrypted server-to-server TLS connections and respect strict tenant data isolation via Supabase Row-Level Security.

4. User Rights & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Business Brain profile and associated data at any time by contacting our support team or disconnecting your integrations in Settings.
